My experience: 7+ years IT support including Tier 1/Tier 2 Help Desk and Deskside Support, hardware (depot/bench) repair. I am currently working as a systems administrator running backups and network monitoring operations for a medium-sized company. I have a BFA and recently completed a 1 year certificate course in Linux Network Administration. Currently studying for CCNA, RHCT, MCP and other various alphabet soup. What I'm looking for: Another systems administrator job, with potential to work with Linux. What I'm NOT looking for: Entry level help desk. May consider doing deskside support or hardware repair again.
