I've been sending a great train of barbarians to their deaths this last few weeks. At least I got a few good deaths out of the deal. Used a wand of teleport on a leocrotta so it couldn't kill me only to have it reappear behind me and eat me? Check (in sokoban no less). Mistake a floating eye for a bothersome water nymph and get frozen and killed? Check. I recently started spoilering myself more after trying to avoid it in the past. It hasn't helped too much yet, but it's really fun reading about all the stuff I might see in a year.
