Recession be damned, if they had some Bullfrog games I wouldn't be able to stop myself. For a few weeks now I've been itching to play Synditate again, Dungeon Keeper'd be great too.
Talking about Startopia, if I recall properly it was developed by Mucky Foot, which had some ex-Bullfrog dudes in it, great game which I sunk manys a teenaged night into, it had terraforming and space drugs!

Also, loving Sacrifice! One of the best underrated games ever, back when it came out I only had a dial up so I wasn't able to play multiplayer but I would give my right nut for a game of it now, this week by James I will have it, who is with me!??

So I picked up Sacrifice and Giants: Citizen Kabuto in the last few days and I've realised one thing: the GOG downloader is compete poo poo and keeps restarting the downloads, its only really a problem when I'm stuck in my parents house with a bad connection, but they'd really want to sort those kinds of bugs out.

Otherwise I love this service and I hope to keep supporting these guys, Jagged Alliance 2 might be my next game, I've been itching for a turn based game recently and theres been no sight of Syndicate That said though, the X-Com games are on Steam but with the ammount of Steam games I have already, I don't really want to have to rely on them that much.

Syndicate should be in the top 10, but the internet apparently has no taste.

Just voted for the entire Syndicate series.

Also, for anyone with a 360, I'm pretty sure Interstate '76 is available through the arcade.

I heard almost nothing of the hype and I quite liked the game, its basically a series of minigames to take over areas of the towns and defeat the other political parties until you can overthrow the goverment. I just finished reading Red Mutiny so I'll probably pick it up again, haven't bought a game since Giants.

GoG just put this on their facebook page: "Clueing you in. Within the confines of Ohio."

EA are more likely to set up their own service thats ment to be like GoG but instead packs their games full of poo poo drm and never works properly. And the site will be ungodly slow too.

Has anyone played that Echelon game that came out back around 2001? I never had the chance but I wish GOG would add it.

I had Echelon back in the day, I remember it being great fun. Some of the missions were epic with whole wings of fighters and bombers taking part in operations, while others had you defend downed aircraft carriers and take on enemy aces single handed. I'd love to play it again and I heard it had a stand alone expansion pack too.
