Coffee Quack posted:yes you can fix this by installing pro/engineer and then like buying advanced surfacing + IDSX and paying thousands of dollars for training We finally migrated to SolidWorks 2009 last week. It's actually way way way more stable than 2008. And the settings wizard brought over all my settings into the new version correctly. Until IT learned that SolidWorks changed their directory structure and since some of them are hard coded, poo poo doesn't work if you use the settings wizard. So we had to reinstall everything from scratch again. Ahhhh... the life of a surface janitor. Or tolerance janitor. Whatever.

ok i am being totally stupid atm and i should know this but yospos pleaes help me in my time of need. i have this case: ![]() three 80mm fans in the front, two 80mm and one 92mm in the back. i was thinking i should have all the front fans sucking air in and all the back ones blowing air out, but what the hell should i do with that 92mm at the top? the difference between a normal 92mm fan and one of those poo poo insane Vantec fans in price is like $2. which way should it go?

i use thunderbird to read the email for several domains i own (via imap). i've set the server (postfix/dovecot) up to automatically sort my incoming email into folders based on the domain they're sent to. ![]() this works fine. i also have some filters set up in thunderbird to sort things into subfolders based on subject, sender etc. ![]() these work fine when I run them manually via the tools menu, but they never run automatically --- do filters in thunderbird only work on the inbox folder or something? is there a way around this?
