OK my new laptop has Windows 7 Home Premium and 2x500GB disks, configured as two separate drives C:\ and D:\. I want to RAID-0 these.

Is this just a matter of upgrading to Professional or Ultimate and then converting the disks to a dynamic volume with striping?
Can the dynamic volume conversion be done without formatting/reinstalling?
Will I still be able to boot off the new dynamic volume?
