I'm thinking of getting a Blackberry Tour (i'm on Verizon), but i'm leaving to study abroad for a semester in Europe in a month. Is there a way to use the Tour overseas without getting raped by Verizon's international plan prices? I guess it boils down to two questions for me:

- Does the Blackberry Tour accept other SIM cards that aren't Verizon?
- Are there pre-paid SIM cards in Europe that support smartphone functions? (ie; 3G, e-mail, IM, web browsing)

Thanks!
