It belongs to someone in my neighborhood, and it is so cool and friendly that every time I see it I want to steal it real bad. It's like German Shepherd + ????

Hard to tell from that picture, but it sounds like it might be a Greater American Brown Dog.

This is Moe. I got him from the SPCA a couple of months ago. Nobody can really pin down what's in him, but he loves to smell everything, and the only thing he loves more than people is food. Here he is looking at a squirrel.

I could be completely off, but something about that face screams pug mix to me.
