I just find it a bit preachy, and not all that great. Maybe it'll grow on me, or it'll be like Alejandro where the video made me like it more. For all that I think Gaga is a very hard-working entertainer, and loyal to her fans, the whole "yes I wrote it on the tourbus in 10 minutes" thing might not be the best method.
