Not sure if this is the best place to ask, but the charts and graphs thread seems to be dead now and someone posted a really nice chart last page. I'm looking for some good graphics to respond to the "Obama killed the economy/quintupled the debt/hates businesses!!" kind of forwards and Facebook stuff. I know I've seen a chart that displayed the budget deficit each year and showed who was president, but I can't find it now. Ones that show defecit, unemployment or jobs gained/lost by year, or even food stamp enrollment would be nice. This is sort of what I'm looking for but preferably with years more clearly marked. My former roommate who has turned into a super objectivist since then recently posted this on his wall: "Easiest illustration of National Health Care. All I could think of was "well, doesn't that pretty much make the case for UHC?". I have a feeling he would just push the "healthcare isn't a right" talking point though.
