I'm not sure if you're being naive or white-knighting them. The flow of the 'conversation' was clearly intended to make the association that Planned Parenthood is completely replaceable by Walgreens. The free-standing confirmation of the 'like Walgreens' comment of the end of it is to emphasize that false equivalency. These shows are not adlib, there is some guidance and control to them to begin with.
