Yeah, which gave us great jokes like Boomhauer lashing out at Hank - "Man dang ol' all you talk about, propane, propane, propane, don't never hear me goin' on and on 'bout my job."

Now that's how you close a series. You think they added that last scene in post? Also, Boomhauer being a Ranger is the best thing. muscles like this? posted:TEXAS RANGER, not just a cop. Well, why do you think the guy from Walker, Texas Ranger was there?

What a nice ending. They've wrapped up a lot of the other loose ends over the past 2 seasons so it was good to go out focusing on Hank and Bobby. "Under the bleachers?! That's where kids at risk go!"

That ending was perfect. The only way it could have been better was if Hank told Bobby, "You're gonna turn out all right" (shamelessly stolen from a poster early in this thread).

I'm wondering if there is going to be a spinoff now - Boomhauer, Texas Ranger.

Ah gently caress I love Wikipedia sometimes. Go to Boomhauer's page and just refresh every two seconds or so. There's some sissy editing slapfight in progress on whether he is in fact a Texas ranger or merely a "Police Officer." Rock on, retards.

I really want to see the remaining four. That was a nice ending tacked on to an otherwise "bobby episode of the week", but it felt like it could've been shoehorned in when they found out fox was going to screw the production staff over again (both episodes were Bobby-centric which always feels unnatural). Boomhauer being a Texas Ranger is a hilarious (though improbable addition).

I watched the episode with my brother and we were both surprised how oddly satisfying it ended up. May not have been the best episodes, but it concluded very nicely.muscles like this? posted:I think my favorite line so far has been "I guess nows a good a time as any to figure out the internet." I swear, that entire subplot was my dad or rather the fact how he always "has projects". Right now he has several projects on hold with his house. He lives alone in a 5 Bedroom House. He has 2 (technically 3) cars. Currently he has to paint 2 bedrooms (half way done on each), finish the cellar in the basement with tiles, finish the backyard, finish building his '66 Beaumont (he has all the parts, finish installing the toilet/paint the washroom on the main floor etc. The list goes on. Currently he's also planning on how he wants to be cremated and I was helping him select a pot. He doesn't have internet because he sees no need for it. "I get my news from the paper..." This line from KoTH is going to be a staple between me and my brother. CaptainHollywood fucked around with this message at Sep 14, 2009 around 01:56 |

I didn't get that at all, considering that the Giants-Redskins game had three seconds of a sidebar telling us to watch King of the Hill tonight at 8:00 and no announcers telling us about it. Actually the announcers said "Stay tuned for the shocking one-hour series finale of King of the Hill!"
