Mr. Hicks' photography may not be the best, but at least he has enough sense to just give a package to Colorfinger, rather than ruin his whole word-of-mouth campaign by becoming the target of a bunch of immature assholes. It is neither pathetic nor awful of Mrs. Hicks to take offense at what people have said on the forums. Words matter, even when they come from bitter, vitriolic goons. Her husband may have to play nice to avoid having his entire promotion ruined, but she does not. After spending a week with the s95, I'm strongly considering ditching my SLR gear in favor of a Fuji X100. I'm sort of in love with the idea of combining the X100 with Quadras for an ultraportable environmental portrait kit

I just got home from my local camera store, and am officially the first (and only) name on their list. They have no idea when they expect to receive the X100. the owner was actually telling me that when the Fuji rep contacted him, he was expecting to get bitched at for never ordering any Fuji stuff, but instead was surprised to hear that his would be one of the first stores to carry the X100--apparently being a licensed Leica dealer was the determining factor.
