We had a 2170W at my old office. It was one of maybe ten different printers of varying makes and models in that office, but I never felt like it caused us more headaches than any of the others. It was the only network printer there, however, and it saw the most use since it was what all the bums without printers in their cubicles used. That said, it still didn't get used that often. It probably saw between 500-1000 pages printed on it per month, and in the year or so that we used it it never caused us any significant headaches. I had to "fix" jams on it every now and then, but I don't remember any other issues.
