Wow, even amazon's jumped in the generic ink/toner game. http://www.amazon.com/gp/feature.ht...&pf_rd_i=507846 Includes toner for the venerable brother TN-350 and TN-360! For my model it's only a $5 discount between the OEM and amazon version, but if they discount their own version more I'd totally jump on that.

FISHMANPET posted:Jesus, a duplex wireless printer for under $100? We live in the loving future. And the HL-2240D is amazing, a duplex printer for $70? I think the 2270DW is probably a better deal, but still. The toner cartridges changed yet again with this new model though, and not in the positive direction either. edit: i guess the high-yield is actually still rated for 2600 pgs. The low-end one is now 1200 instead of 1500. I, too, have the same problem now though. My 2040 has been a champ and doesn't look to be breaking down anytime soon, as much as I want duplex. If brother had apple airprint compatibility *and* duplex I might just break down and get it though. MrBond fucked around with this message at 21:10 on Jan 19, 2011 |
