I always kind of thought MST3K missed out on a lot of Twin Peaks jokes...ya know..Mike Nelson and all....
The first season of Northern Exposure (when it was more overtly a comedy rather than a comedy-drama, and they were breaking the fourth wall all the time) had quite a few Twin Peaks references, the biggest being one scene where some Peaks-ish music started up and the characters faced the camera and started talking strangely about coffee and cherry pies.
