 He was replaced by William Shears Campbell. There are several references to this in the final Jefferson Brothers episode, Uncle Pep Pep Doodle Time #7 (watch around 1:27), and Peezle Ward's Fire Killers (anyone else notice the clue re: Peezle's shoes?).

I guess if another animator cut a deal with Lowtax then I guess it wouldn't be an issue. But honestly it wouldn't really be the same since the Flash Tub has developed its own style over the years.

I actually heard a couple guys do the James Bond string in perfect recitation while in line buying groceries. I went to the other line.
