After all the news on Fort Hood yesterday, news is breaking about another shooting, this time in an Orlando office building. Apparently at least 8 people have been shot and more victims are expected. BNO has the earliest reports I've seen. MSNBC just reported it on their front page, but nothing of substance just yet. What is going on the last couple of days? First Fort Hood, now Orlando, who's next?

Yeah, it's at the Gateway Center, and they've closed off I-4. Good thing I didn't need to go that way today. Eight people dead according to local news, they haven't caught him/her yet, and they're evacuating all surrounding buildings. On an amusing note, every place that's been shot up in the last few months, my mother in law has lived at one point in her life. We think they're looking for her.

The shooter is apparently still at large. From the live video, looks like they've completely shut down the highways around the building, too

If the shooter is Middle Eastern, it will be a great opportunity for some constructive and well-reasoned dialogue on the future of race in America

Sounds more interesting than my life is at the moment, I'll take it! The best part is, she's staunchly Catholic, so this'll be fun! Yep, they've closed down I-4, and they just said 2 dead, 6 wounded, and they've released a description, sorta. Blue polo shirt and jeans. That narrows it down. The schools are locked down as well.
