Has Cana destroyed anyone yet? I Was looking forward to him kicking all kinds of arse, but instead he seems to be a very solid, level-headed centre midfielder.

Why do we have 2, maybe 3 wingers on the bench, yet we play Keane and Jenas on the wings? Unless we're playing 4-3-1-2, which I wouldn't be against. Except it wouldn't work.

I hope I'm proven wrong though. If Blackburn don't get a win against Portsmouth at home I think they are in trouble. Their form has been pretty awful and, regardless of how good Portsmouth have been playing, this should be a win.

It's City, we could be four up against a conference side and we would still be in risk of losing. Anyway my predictions for today: Villa v Bolton : 2-1 Blackburn v Portsmouth : 2-0 City v Burnley : 3-2 Spurs v Sunderland : 2-2 Wolves v Arsenal : 0-4

I'm interested, I'd just much rather actually watch the football than listen to it on the radio. Unfortunately it's a 3pm kick-off so I can't watch it in the pub because otherwise I might not have gone to the Hibs v Hearts derby at 12:30 when I was busy playing football myself. v v

Burnely score a penalty, Lescott trying the brilliant Schmeichel method of deflecting shots, shame he's not a goalkeeper really

Yeah, the keeper looked lost and Keane looked like he just bumped into the ball for that goal. Ashley Young scored a decent goal too. I think I'm gonna buy his jersey, I just like the way he plays.

This is a bigger test than it looks for City - 70 minutes to score twice against a team that's very good at shutting up shop when they're ahead. This is the strongest attacking lineup they could play (sans-Robinho) - Champion's League teams should be able to get 3 points, at least at home. delicious beef fucked around with this message at Nov 07, 2009 around 15:26 |
