About 15 years ago, I saw this short on Looney Tunes which took place in a forest which was being invaded by soldiers during world war 1. The humans destroy each other for a while until there is no one left, and the the forest creatures return and all gather around a bombed out church. I'm pretty sure there was no dialog in the whole thing. I never saw it on Looney Tunes again after that. I've tried Google to no avail, does anyone know what I'm talking about and what the name of this was?

Any idea on the year it was made? Even a guess?
I assume there weren't any Looney Tune stars in it?

I went through a book I have with every Looney Tunes short in it (I only went up to 1944) and didn't see anything like what you are talking about.

THIRTEEN!

Dammit. I know what it is. It won some awards. There's actually two versions of it. I can't remember the name though. Give me a couple minutes.

Edit: Yes. Its peace on earth.

The remade version is called Good Will to Men. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0048131/ Done by Hanna Barbera! It could have been either one of them.
