over the last few years college football seems to have adopted the melody of some techno song as their universal anthem, the crowds constantly sing it. i KNOW i have heard the complete song before, but cannot seem to remember its name. please help me prove to my father that this is not just some schools warchant. Thank you!

The fact it's called Kernkraft 400 or whatever just deepens the mystery because I figured it was called something like "Time to win, clap your hands!" and that was the reason it was played. Admittedly, my distaste of it might be partially because I first remember hearing it played over and over in Colorado when the Phillies lost there in the playoffs in '07.
