Getting that sheath taken out of your thigh will make you do whatever you need to make sure you don't have to do it again. I'm 35 and i'd been smoking for 22-23yrs. I had recently cut back to a pack per day. I want a cigarette badly but i've made it almost a week so i just count the days.
