I'm not trying to quit per se, but I've definitely cut back. I was at 1pack/day to 1.5 packs a day last month. Now I'm down to about maybe 1-3 cigs a day, and thats only if they're offered to me. My new fix is Snus. Its delicious and (supposedly) not really bad for you at all.

I guess I'm weird. I loved tobacco. I adore it.

I used to smoke a pack a day, if not more, even more so during and after I returned from Iraq.

I've gone back and forth from smoking and dipping, and also from Swedish Snus... Now Its gotten to the point where I don't crave at all but I will have a smoke or every month or so.. I don't even know if its worth calling an addiction, but tobacco is so ingrained in my family, it feels weird.

I'd like to stop entirely but honestly I use such little tobacco I don't know if its worth it to bother.
