After about 4 years of smoking a pack a day, I've been free over a month now!

For anyone that's having trouble quitting (because I know I did) how I quit was simply I was sick for two weeks. Honestly, this in the past probably wouldn't have stopped me, but I have more motivation to stay off cigarettes: a child on the way.
