The lack of a confirmed Netflix app is the only thing preventing me from preordering. My 360 is just so drat loud. Why isn't there more hype?

I think for most users, the flaws aren't enough to undo the good of the device. It works well enough for a 1.0 release that I'm very happy with the purchase. It's still for the savvy early adopter (I don't think my parents would enjoy it very much), but there's a lot of good stuff at a reasonable price. What's lacking can be touched up in software, and Boxee seem willing to do that.
