Ok, hello log! I am just about to go to sleep after a night of errands and chores but I wanted to show you what I did over the weekend! Then I will run tomorrow.![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Also unexpectedly went to the Hot Sulphur Springs and had to buy a swimsuit at Walmart. This was the only one they had that "fit" me... ![]() So I did singlehandedly lift like a billion logs/trees, play baseball, hike for firewood, do some axe chopping, lift boulders, lift babies and shoot stuff. We didn't do an official hike but we did a fair bit of exploring and it was super fun. I'm really glad I got to go and it felt like a legit vacation. I'm absolutely wiped out now. Going to go to bed super early tonight and get back on it tomorrow!

A little work e/n: A coworker that hates me has been erasing poo poo off my whiteboard while I'm not around as a passive aggressive way to make me upset. He is one of the assistant Project Managers and everyone here dislikes him, yet I still don't understand what would make someone act so childish. I wrote him an email addressing the issue so I could get it documented and acknowledged, but I am still upset about it. Other than that, having a good day. DYING to get back to the gym ffs. While cleaning and doing chores last night I decided to try on my fairy princess dress again and to my surprise I could zip it all the way up on my own without the help of my boyfriend or without sucking in and pinching my skin in it! Wear that dress to a rave or move to Portland and do Bike Prom. I also spent a ton of time/money/effort turning my hair blond and didn't like it. I dyed it back (which was another gently caress-all of a process), but I'm much happier with it not blond. v Still lookin' rad!

So I have been really depressed lately about my weight hovering between 146 and 148, especially since I've been lower before. I know I shouldn't be worrying so much to the number on the scale anymore, but god damnit it bothers me. I decided to take some measurements today, since I am impatient. I'll take more measurements 8 days from now when it has been an entire month, but here is todays: 7/18/12 ---> 08.10.12 Bust - 35.5" ---> Bust - 35.25" Waist - 28.25" ---> Waist - 27.25 Hips - 38.5" ---> Hips - 37.75 Arms - 12.25" ---> Arms - 12" Thigh - 19.25" ---> Thigh - 19" Calf - 14" ---> Calf - no change This makes me feel a little better but I still irrationally want to see the number on the scale go down. I guess this means I am like a ~* beautiful diamond *~ ... getting... harder.

Front squat form is pretty solid. Really make sure you keep your core braced so you don't fold at the bottom and try to catch a bounce to help you out of the hole. But they are nitpicks, for a (quite heavy!) PR that form's really good.

Workout 08.12.12 Did anything within my power to avoid running today. Decided to ride my bike a lot, spend time outside and play football w/ the bf. I felt pretty active both days though, so hopefully it'll be ok. I didn't eat bad food or anything, just more. I've been so hungry! The bf made me a delicious steak and asparagus! ![]() It was amazing, but also I miss... pizza.
