 Adventure Time! What is Adventure time?? Adventure time is a new cartoon on Cartoon Network created by Pendleton Ward, based on an old short. It tells the story of Finn the human and Jake the dog. They travel the mystical Land of Ooo looking for adventures.  Why should I watch this? It's colorful!!  It's a great show for kids, and if you just have silly sense of humor but it has a touch of Ren and Stimpy, where most innuendos would go over kid's heads.  Click here for the full 1207x679 image. Kids seem to love the show and I'm seeing a lot of buzz on the internet. Cartoon Network has already ordered two more seasons of the show. Who are the characters!?  Finn is a 12-year old boy who has an awesome hat and loves to party and go on adventures. He's total righteous.  Jake is a 28 year old dog that can stretch. He is Finn's friend. May or may not be Finn's half brother, I don't think we're sure on that yet. The Ice King  This guy is a total patoot. He's always trying to capture princesses and force them to marry him. Princess Bubblegum  Lumpy Space Princess  poo poo this looks awesome WHAT ELSE!?  Adventure Time blog, with all kinds of pictures and news Finn trying to distract the candy people from zombies. You see, if candy people get too upset, they explode. Mondays can never come fast enough for me anymore. This show is one of the things that make living worthwhile.  edit: TWO more seasons?

If you like the show, the Frederated Studios blog has a TON of background art, hi-res title cards, links to full storyboards for every first season episode, character sheets, fan art and is really really neat. I have watched only a few episodes, but the Tree trunks one is hilarious. I still like Flapjack better, but this show could easily be a close second.

This show is amazing and is probably close to tying with Rocko's Modern Life as the best kids cartoon ever for me. Some of the things they get away with doing on the show are amazing. I also like how dark it can get like in the episode with Tree Trunks where it ends with her eating the crystal apple then blowing up to the shock of Finn and Jake . This thread was the first I heard of them picking up two more seasons which makes me so drat happy.

This show is loving amazing. The song in Evicted is on my iPhone and I actually listen to it all the time. Also the entire Business Time episode is gold, especially the beginning. Oh man, when Evicted first came out I looked for the song on YouTube on my phone and watched it at work that night twenty times. It's so catchy! Also, I preferred "Lets Always Be Stupid Forever", but whatever, this is also awesome.

I've been singing Evicted all day. It just has the best mix of the nonsensical, great timing, and back and forth duet sticks its foot in your head and makes it its home. Less than an hour to go!

Man, they really hammered home the whole virginity double entendre, didn't they? They wanted to make sure you got that joke. Still, killer episode. I swear this show gets stranger and stranger with each new episode. Also, is the Ice King supposed to be based off of Penn himself? Between the big bushy beard and drum kit I'm pretty much certain that he's supposed to be Penn.

This has been killing me since the sneak peek but anyone who knows the lyrics to Evicted know what the gently caress the dude is saying at the shell part? It's like Big shell, go inside Look around, it seems alright Frog jumps out *HOLY gently caress HE SCREAMS SOMETHING RIGHT THERE* a tiger, Throwing down potions for food and fire.
