So after having just marathoned Adventure Time for the first time, I have two observations. #1) Lumpy Space Princess is the best worst character. #2) Finn buddy I think you've got some kind of "liking people a whole lot" curse because goddamn son. Goddamn. Oh wait make that three observations. Adventure Time is just the best

Friggin' love this show, but I honestly wonder how they've been able to get away with some of the stuff they have. I guess it's a case of the Animaniacs where they're being just subtle enough to get it past the censors. "I found Prince!" "No no no, fingerprints" "...I don't think so."

I only knew about the snail showing up everywhere after the Lich King possessed it. I thought it was some kind of foreshadowing. I really hope that the Lich King does something again rather than spend eternity in a snail.

Yeah that episode was fine, but if Tree Trunks coming back means we have to deal with crap like Apple Thief and Dream of Love, then I could have lived without it. Or they could just try to write a decent Tree Trunks episode again. Surely it isn't that hard? I'm pretty glad we only have to deal with them once per season, anyway.

Yeah, I got that. But is it acceptable when the episode is genuinely bad, and not funny or well written? Fionna and Cake took the same type of idea and executed it perfectly. This one didn't. I found it more boring than anything else. They could have done better. But this is the first episode of the season I've disliked and next week's should be badass so I'm not worried about it.

I have never in my life cosplayed, or even thought about it, but I would cosplay as LSP just because that voice is a blast to impersonate. I'm really liking how the show's creators are dealing with the occasional fan nutcases; the ending to Fiona and Cake made me crack up, and Ice King filming himself dancing about singing Marceline's dad-song was purely brilliant. Then there's the rest of that episode...
