I understand, in most of the first season the show didn't know what it wanted to be. If you want to give it a second go, start with the episode "The Nerve" which is either s1e18 or s1e19, and then watch the next few episodes. That episode arc showcases how good you can expect Farscape to be. It is also the first appearance of the best sci-fi character.

In other news I watched a couple of the episodes you guys suggested and they are MUCH better than the first few. You really only needed to tell me to watch the "Chekhov" episode to convince me. I look forward to the rest.

I also suggest season 1's the DNA Mad Scientist. Brilliant and dark episode.
