Sword of the Stranger is a film, not a series, and yeah, you'll get a kick out of it if you're looking for a good action movie. Darker than Black is BONES, so it looks pretty good, but not as heavy action as that gif might imply.

Top one is YuruYuri which I have not seen but has heard is fine as far as 4-koma "cute girls x cute things" comedies go. Bottom one is Sasamisan@Ganbaranai which I have seen and it's basically unwatchable. (Shaft n' Shinbo at the pit of their powers.)
