Tried this thing called lifting weights, maybe you guys have heard of it. Bench 185 x 3 205 x 3 225 x 3 x 3 Deadlift 315 x 3 405 x 1 455 x 1 475 x 2 That was the weight I hurt myself with so I did it again to make sure I was ok even though I was only supposed to do the two reps. 475 x 1 Have generally been feeling lovely and like I won't be ready for a meet by October, though the deads felt fine. Pretty much no desire to lift which I get occasionally but never for this long. Maybe it'll magically come back now. Got my first fall camo with the F2000 in MW2 The wedding was sweet though. I was also almost run over by a large hyperactive retarded kid who was being chased by his father who had a pizza in his arms when I was at the grocery store buying more natty peanut butter before the gym.

babby's first deadlift 405 x 1 455 x 1 495 x 2 SLDL 225 x 8 x 2 Rack bench starting at about a 1.5 board level 185 x 5 205 x 3 225 x 3 then a many board level 245 x 4 245 x 5 I pulled a muscle in my leg getting food out of the fridge this morning, luckily it healed up. My back and biceps were too sore to do anything properly but I blasted my chest anyway. Bench 185 x 5 x 5 heh My biceps would burn after each set and I wasn't stable at all but it was something I guess. Close grip 155 x 8 x 3 Easier than normal bench. DB 50 x 8 55 x 8 60 x 8 x 2 Some kid that was barely a teenager was squatting and had better form than most of you goons.
