Lol he actually started lifting recently and is the first friend of mine who has actually listened to all of my advice and followed through with it. You may have seen him at the gym actually. He's vegan though and has to eat hemp protein and other weird poo poo.

I've been hearing that pea protein is the go-to thing for vegans these days, but I eat two chickens and several pounds of sausage and buffalo per week so my advice on such things is suspect

My loving back hurts and my knee is starting to hurt as well. I'm in Atlanta for my dad's birthday and the third member of my family for the year is in the hospital dying back home. Went shooting and my shoulder is still sore from my dad's "new" Enfield that has a brass butt plate. Ate lots of lovely food and drank lots of beer. I lost weight. Decided to actually go to the gym pretty much right after I got off the plane and unpacked. Deads 495 x 2 OK I guess, wish it felt lighter but I guess I'm a lazy little girl Everything else with 30sec rest Chins 6 x 3 Cable rows dunno x 8 x 3 Wide grip pulldowns dunno x 8 x 3 I realized during my warmup that you can't really roll your IT band when you're wearing warmups with buttons down the sides.

My appetite has been insatiable and I've gained 5lbs since Sunday. Took things real easy so I don't get so sore that I hurt myself lifting the bar. Squats 315 x 3 SLDL 185 x 8 x 3 Press 135 x 5 x 3 Pulldown abs 80 x 10 x 3 Also, forgot, it was my logbook's 9th birthday and to celebrate are freedom the day after I bought a car on 9/11

Life is a enjoyable human being that doesn't want me to lift. My back seemed to be doing better until I spent last night in a hospital chair watching my step grandma die. Going to take too much Vicodin and try to catch up on sleep.

My diet from yesterday 1 protein shake 2 bites of chicken and a large bowl of salad ~8 cookies and lots of coffee half a plate of chicken alfredo, salad, and some bread Then what felt like no sleep, maybe 4 hours Lifting today Coffin carries 5 trips Deadlifts 525 x 2 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=evmD3bNMfsk Pullups 8,6 BB ab roller 10 x 3 I also learned this morning that it takes about 15 minutes of sitting in one of Starbucks' wooden chairs for shooting pains to start in my back. I'm tired.
