Well I usually just play drop zone and sometimes domination so its a clusterfuck anyway because camping is lame. So instead I get mad at quickscopers.

I worked out on Sunday I think. Did 12 chin ups for a new world record, then 6, 7, 8. Did some sumo deadlifts 135 - 155 x 8-10 x some sets 225 x 5 315 x 3 405 x 2 x 3? 315 x 5 x 2 Then I got to work out my coaching muscle by working on Knitta's conventional and sumo deads and Jefferson squats. I feel like I can better diagnose sumo deadlift issues now. Then I went home.

When I go home I play BO and I found out that thermal+silenced+L86 combo from the thread a while back and can't run anything else anymore. Half of my deaths come because I get distracted going all  on helicopters.too bad xbox cod4 is hacked to unplayability now, that game was fun.

Did 45 holes of fasted frisbee golf over the weekend. Putting was terrible but my driving was amazing. Also my eating was a bit off over the weekend. I'm pretty sure my chip macro was at about 40%, with 30% being potato and 10% being tortilla. Beer was at 20% as usual. I still looked great this morning. Quit sperging, losers.
