I played Saya No Uta yesterday it was at night too...  I actually liked the story even if in some parts it didn't make any sens at all and music was (disgustingly) awesome.

Seriously I had a loving nightmare and Schizophrenia started to play.  I loved the horror and the overwhelming sense of disgust the VN made me feel but I did not feel any pity for any of the character except for maybe two, the (female) professor and the best friend. And that was only after two very specific endings. It could do without the horrible sex, even if it had some feeble and very pandering plot semblance.

I played and finished Cross Channel, Muv Luv extra and unlimited... CC - I quite liked it but I would not use the words misfit to describe the protagonists. Most of the endings are depressing especially Miki route which came as a welcome surprise. The last route is heart tearing painful but it ends up being more  than  MLE - Misfits is a nice and proper way to describe the protagonist. Painfully generic if funny VN. MLU - Why the gently caress do the have to salute a SNCO???? How the gently caress did he also became a freaking Mayor??? All this wrong military ranks made me rage a bit. That is thankfully the only complain I have, the harem element was bigger in here but it really didn't bother me at all. The story feels unfinished as some plot points where unfinished still with ML alternate coming I will hopefully get my answers soon enough.

He sounds like a dignified CO that actually studied in whatever academy they go yet so furious and determined that would even make the most motarded dudes a furious engine of HATE, FURY AND SORROW to fight against BETA. And that they will know the TRUE meaning of fear... I can't wait for this game to be translated.

Also finished MLA I agree to what everyone here has already said. However I found the epilogue to be hilarious if very awkward, what I think Age wanted to do was to return to the comedy side of ML but overdid it. Bringing back everyone? Sure, he wanted to go back to his world so this is not weird. Making Mikoto a female and introducing her early in the story? He was one of my favorite characters, whyyyyyyy??? Bringing Yuuhi and including her in the Harem? You know I can actually deal with this, it would be humorous. Yashiro also being there? Awesome if she actually remembers everything. Its only kinda "Daaaaw" if she was mind wiped too. Make every loving girl to be stupidly in love with Takeru? Whyyyyyyyyyyyy???? I would still play the gently caress out of MLAEU Edit: Only if they include the Mecha.
