For those who miss games like Fallout and Arcanum, I highly recommend following two indy titles: Age of Decadence and Dead State. Both are in development.

It's the express lane to disappointment. I know where you're coming from. I'm confident that these games won't be vaporware. One has a playable combat demo and Dead State is the brainchild of Brian Mitsoda.

Al-azad's post really took me back -- the crazy anti-piracy wheel more than anything else. The gold box games were awesome.
