Is there a way to let everybody use my characters? I made people for my roommates but they seem to be tied to gamertags

When you start up, log in, then connect the other instruments. Hit start on the other instruments, and instead of choosing "Sign In", choose "No Profile". Then go to characters and you can choose from anyone on any signed in Gamertag.

I tried this but it didn't work, it only shows the default characters on the list when they select "No Profile"
