In Delta we have a cable ISP that is totally unlimited, and they offer a 30Mbps package. Unlimited usage is a selling point for these guys so I think it's unlikely they'll start capping. If Telus wants to start metering our poo poo we'll just threaten to switch to DCCNet and I suspect they'll back off.
