A million times this. Neilmed has saved me from about 3 sinus infections that would otherwise be just long, drawn out headaches. It seems gross and looks uncomfortable, but the rinse feels nothing like what you expect - no burning, no pain, just instant relief!

I can second worrywort's statement. I got it when I went to a walk in clinic for free, the nurse just tossed it to me and told me to use it when I was sick with something flu-like. I was in enough pain at that point that it was certainly helpful and got me to stop sniffling every 10 seconds, even while laying on my back.

The only thing I can say is be sure to use the salt packets provided. I guess I have a sensitive nose or something but when I used them I didn't have any issues. Trying to use kosher salt, even in the exact proportions that the instructions dictated, made my nose hurt a lot and really wasn't worth it for me.
