In the comments for that post people are saying that it was obviously applied/painted on/photoshopped and not actually a real tattoo. I admit that I'm not an expert or even an amateur in any of those things, is that possibly true? In Awkward/Ugly the consensus is that, from the bubbling/unevenness toward her navel, it's most likely a temporary tattoo. Which raises the question of where the hell she got it from. e: Upon closer inspection and the subsequent wash of self-loathing and three-hour shower, it appears to be uneven all over, so it's almost certainly temporary.
