The U2311H and U2410 look badass but considering the budget newegg computer I'm putting together (straight from the megathread in this forum) isn't even $700, paying $499 for a U2410 is out of the question and $289 is a stretch for the U2311H.

Right now I run two old as poo poo 17" lcds but one of them is about to die.

I'm a student and I don't play any bleeding edge FPS games, the extent of my gaming is WoW and other MMOs. Is there anything more affordable in the 20" range? I'll be running a GTX 460 1g video card.

My local Fry's has this Emachines E230H for $119.99, which is easily the lowest priced LCD +20" in the store.

It will be hooked up to a geforce GTX460 and used for some gaming - wow, sc2, new elder scrolls coming out next year.

Should I buy this?

Edit: Ok, there is someone selling an Ultrasharp 2209wa on craigslist for $110 - probably getting this instead!

I’ve got two dell ultrasharp monitors that are 7+ years old, and I don’t think they’ll cut it for my new desktop and gaming. I have a 7700k cpu, 16 gb of memory, and a 1070 ti video card, what should I be looking for in a monitor? Budget is <$500.

My 12 year old Dell 24" Ultrasharp died! I'm using an even older Dell 27" Ultrasharp, but want to upgrade to something more modern. I'm running a GTX 1070 Ti, so something optimized for that (no gpu upgrade planned for any time soon) and would like a monitor $400 or less between 24 and 27 inches.

Any suggestions?
