Cornel West makes any show better! If there's one thing I can thank Maher for it's introducing me to him. Also a decade after it even matters I'm starting to like Matthew Perry.

That was pretty decent. I usually disagree that the interview guest is useless, but this time the comedian guy didn't add anything.

It felt like after Colin Quinn's 5 minutes the show just went right back to panel. Good, do more of this.

Ugh I swear the only positive thing about tonight's show was John Waters dirty words, and even that was weak. I'm not that familiar with Laura Flanders (some TV show on "Free Speech TV", I think had a radio show on Air America) but her attempt to get an apology from Breitbart was horrible. Also noticed how quickly Brietbart pointed out what he thought was doctored video? My wife actually yelled at the TV "Gee I wonder how he knows that!?!"

For releasing the Shirley Sherrod video edited in a way to make it sound racist. I guess he didn't though, Glenn Beck edited it? Either way that makes no sense because the unedited version is a non-story.

I was trying to figure that out too. So Glenn Beck edited Breitbart's video, for his RADIO program, and that's what got out? I dunno, I suppose I could watch it again to figure out exactly but gently caress it.

Rest of the episode was alright I guess, kind of a liberal circle-jerk. At least Zack Galifianakis seemed to get less time this episode. Teehee, he pretended to do heroin on the air OMG that's so ..... something.

Lack of empathy for fellow human beings seems to be the defining trait in people like this guy and almost all conservatives/republicans. Why do they hate their fellow man so much!?

Well life isn't fair, it's tough, and their fellow man just didn't try hard enough. Generally that's what they believe and ignore any one ups they themselves had.

Yea Gillespie bothered me more then the usual conservative on Maher's panel. I say this after Anne Coulter recently being on!

Bill seems to suffer what I notice from a lot of boomers, they view the generation after them as lazy and spoiled. Great every generation does this, so what's their proof? After anecdotal evidence about smartphones and not being outside more they have nothing! Basic things like cost of living, education costs, actual retirement tilt way more in their favor; so all they have to throw at us is iPhones and the perception we don't work hard enough or something. "Tiger Mom" just boosts Maher's view of this, just like that 3 minute sidetrack with PJ O'Rourke the other week.
