legs so loving sore and fatigued from squats and sumos yesterday. Went to gym, did: warmup on bike 15 mins, squatted 115x3+fail, did 15 mins of spin class before I couldn't lift my legs at all any more, wow. Squats and spinning don't mix. Going to do squats again this weekend, in order to shift deadlifts to tuesdays. so maybe I can spin on monday/weds and by saturday I'll be okay to squat. So skipping a week of deadlifts I guess! I'll probably cry or do some deadlifts when I'm bored in the office with out equipment in the back room. eating 1280 calories today cuz i didn't do poo poo and i weighed 148 lbs and feel sick and bloated today. 120g protein. though <100 carbs. Someone reassure me I will lose the weight if I eat 14-1500 calories and continue both lifting and cardio. Feeling super fat and hopeless. I have to take progress pics in about a week. Ugu... Maybe I can do spin on Mon or Weds if I switch deadlift day to tues and squats to sat My running tights haven't come in the mail yet but I'm gonna try my best to get out of bed at 6 am tomorrow. I haven't run in the morning fasted in awhile, I wonder if i should have a protein scoop afterwards instead of fasting for ~6 more hours like usual,,, but I usually don't work out in the AM fasted anymore :S arrg...

1 hour spinning class, was super intense and quad burning but I didn't give up. Not being the day after squats day definitely makes a difference. Spinning: 1:00:00 || 170 bpm (+708 pts) guessing on heart rate, it was 165 to 181 up and down Dinner is a whey/casein/1 T peanut butter shake in chocolate almond milk and a large sweet potato with some butter. And then it sorta dawned on me while I was spinning in class, i've lost OVER 40 lbs since the beginning of this year. Since i got a gym membership as a gift and gave a poo poo about myself. Whoa.
