legs so loving sore and fatigued from squats and sumos yesterday.

Went to gym, did:
warmup on bike 15 mins,
squatted 115x3+fail,
did 15 mins of spin class before I couldn't lift my legs at all any more, wow.

Squats and spinning don't mix. Going to do squats again this weekend, in order to shift deadlifts to tuesdays. so maybe I can spin on monday/weds and by saturday I'll be okay to squat. So skipping a week of deadlifts I guess! I'll probably cry or do some deadlifts when I'm bored in the office with out equipment in the back room.

eating 1280 calories today cuz i didn't do poo poo and i weighed 148 lbs and feel sick and bloated today. 120g protein. though <100 carbs.

Someone reassure me I will lose the weight if I eat 14-1500 calories and continue both lifting and cardio. Feeling super fat and hopeless. I have to take progress pics in about a week. Ugu...

I really must try my best to get out and run in the mornings, at least W/F, maybe a long run on Sundays. Maybe I can do spin on Mon or Weds if I switch deadlift day to tues and squats to sat My running tights haven't come in the mail yet but I'm gonna try my best to get out of bed at 6 am tomorrow. I haven't run in the morning fasted in awhile, I wonder if i should have a protein scoop afterwards instead of fasting for ~6 more hours like usual,,, but I usually don't work out in the AM fasted anymore :S arrg...

Went over to a friends', played board games, he made marinated flank steak and mashed potatoes and me and my gf were the only guests so I GUESS I HAD TO EAT SOME! I haven't had red meat for like...5 years? It was delicious.

Everybody else I reckon went to the crazy party we did NOT go to tonight. Just played games for like 6 hours.

Estimating I ate ~2 ~4oz of flank steak for dinner: 1650 calories 44% f 31%p 25%c

An internet friend came to visit from out of town and we got in n out for lunch (i got a double double protein style) and went and got piercings (i got my right nostril repierced, twice in the same spot through scar tissue the bleeding and pain!! For symmetry with my left nostril piercing), went to a japanese market (i had 'dark adult' kit kats and a few pieces of pocky, mmm), went to chipotle for dinner (i got a double chicken salad with no carb things) !

I didn't do poo poo other than walk/shop/adrenaline junkie, so probably gonna go to a spin class tomorrow night rather than running in the morning. Sore from squats/sumos!

Ate <1500 calories today, <70g carbs and >100g protein and ~90g fat

1 hour spinning class, was super intense and quad burning but I didn't give up. Not being the day after squats day definitely makes a difference.

Spinning:
1:00:00 || 170 bpm (+708 pts)
guessing on heart rate, it was 165 to 181 up and down

Dinner is a whey/casein/1 T peanut butter shake in chocolate almond milk and a large sweet potato with some butter.
Today: 1465 calories, 130g protein, <90g carbs, 4L water
Weighing in ~146 today lord knows why. I wanna see <145 this week ;_;

The pants fit great, really soft and shiny, stretchy, good for dragging the bar up my shins and thighs without ripping my skin off. Medium fits me perfect and I'm size ~10 in jeans now. (fat american sizes)
I went out to the dollar theater after lifting in these and I felt like the Baddest Dude. Also felt like everybody was watching my rear end while i was deadlifting and hyperextending but it was probably the pants, right?

I never have a shake alone for dinner or even have shakes for filler unless it's directly PWO, as I used to. Last night a shake was a better alternative than buying gross carls jr or eating movie theater candies for dinner, imo? My two options without bringing food with me to the movie theater from home cuz we went straight to it after the gym... And I had a sweet potato and butter with it the night before.

ANYWAY I'm going to go to a spin class tonight, up too late last night so I didn't wake up at 6 to run. And yay I found my gel bike seat in my car! I will have PWO whey AND a tofu/veg stir fry for dinner!

I averaged mid to high 170s, maxing at 185 BPM (lol), during most of the class. First ~10 mins were easy, last ~5 mins were cooldown.


The teacher asked for any music requests for the last song so I yelled out edge of glory and we did sprint runs to that in the last 5 minutes, it was cool. And then it sorta dawned on me while I was spinning in class, i've lost OVER 40 lbs since the beginning of this year. Since i got a gym membership as a gift and gave a poo poo about myself. Whoa. I still look in the mirror and think I have a ways to go, but I know it will be a slower change than taking off 40 lbs was. maybe 10-15 more lbs, building more muscle, etc. Weighed in 144.6 after spin.

Eating ~1450 calories today, 132g protein <90g net carbs
