You look amazing with the pixie cut, I'd keep it. Of course, I say this as someone who has spent six years trying to grow my hair back from having a shaved head and has failed almost every time because of the godawful pixie-to-something-else stage. But your hair is straighter than mine so you'll probably be able to look good in the intermediate stages if you go for an angled bob.

Doin lots of work today and got a special assignment cuz I'm good with graphics and reports to do next tuesday with/for one of our company board members. Been listening to bluegrass all day on pandora while working on acoustic televiewer data (i'm white as hail). I let a personal trainer who said his background is oly lifting or powerlifting or something rope anna and I into a foam rolling and stretching thing after our workout today, which is just bench and shoulders and chest day. Hopefully I'll learn something that might help with running or lifting and not just misinformed mumbo jumbo. I never stretch after running or foam roll except that one time I had a weird right hip pain. But I never really have weird pain either or insane DOMS any more. Thx for the reinforcements girls. I'm glad none of the best donut flavors are left though cuz I still sorta want one, but I get salsa chicken and air popped popcorn for dinner tonight so there's that to look fwd to. I put chipotle roasted salsa, chipotle cholula, lots of cilantro, diced tomatoes with green chiles and chopped anaheim peppers in the pot under/over two ribbed chicken breasts after I took the skin off them and put it on low. I found the temperature probe for my crock pot so I used that setting, putting it in the thickest center of the breast and set to 180*, hopefully it cooked well. Hope it works out ?!? I'm scared of the temp setting cuz RAW CHICKEN OMG GONNA DIE. and I'm hoping it keeps it on warm setting automatically for long enough, so that it doesn't just shut off after it cooked, which I have no idea how fast would be just for a breast, and let it breed bacteria for hours before I get home. I have the same crock pot, it definitely switches to warm mode after it cooks to the proper temp. I always just cook things 6-8 hours on low instead of using the probe, though. And I think you should keep the pixie, but I'm pixie biased.

Definitely wanna do a shaved side hawk with my pixie at some point maybe this summer. Scared of my bosses caring how that looks though they let me out in the field and meet clients not giving my nose piercings a problem. I think it suits me well too but I occasionally miss long hair. But this is much easier to take care of and so nice in the summer. The only thing I don't like is my widow's peak and lots of my hairs cowlick and misbehave so it can be hard for me to get it trained when it's so short. Yay my five fingers classics got exchanges for a size bigger and are shipping to meeee. I hope they don't hang ridiculously off my heel, at least they will fit my big long toes though. Also a bunch of decemberists items shipped to me. Weighed 143.2 this morning! I think I look better body wise than a month ago even with some weird period stomach bloat, which is mind boggling cuz I've weighed ~4 lbs more for a month ![]() I may take swimsuit progress pics (same bikini from Jan 17 pix) in a week or so. Put some grass fed boneless beef chuck roast in the crock pot with onions and carrots and sweet potatoes and broth and spices. Hope it owns! I can't figure out how to log the beef nutritionally though. Chuck is a high fat cut but it's grass fed so it's leaner than USDA standard cuts, and it's trimmed to no fat on the outside but it has lots of marbling of thick fat in it and I'm not sure if the fat will be edible after it cooks or not. Normally with those seams of fat on a steak I eat around it cuz chewing them is hard so I just consider the lean, but I'm not sure what slow cooking does to fat. Slow cooking generally renders fat, which means it permeates pretty much evenly into everything that you're eating, especially if it's a stew or crock-pot meal like what you're doing. If you're worried about the fat content being too high you can always remove any leftover visible chunks. It's the rendered fat that makes the meal delicious. And if you're just eating meat and vegetables with not many carbs, you will need fat to help you feel satiated (but you probably already knew this).

Dat tummy is flat and delectable ![]() I can see a definite difference between January and March, I think you're looking in the wrong places - your tummy looks about the same, but that can explode by just looking at some salt and water. Check out your thighs instead, they have more contouring in March and look noticeably slimmer. The lighting is different between the two photos as well, otherwise I would have guessed there was less fat and more muscle in your arms in the second photo. Take more photos is what I'm saying

hello clarice posted:Sup Going to comment on my own comment and attempt to express a less depressed sentiment. This is for both of us because I feel like we're kinda in the same mindset now. If not and I am just projecting well too bad here's some motivation anyway. We've both had stalls before - I know they feel like they can last forever. I think it's important to keep in mind that neither of us are back to the weight we were before. A few (a lot of) binges and some other setbacks don't mean poo poo when you look at where we came from. 146-147 sucks in the context of recent goals but neither of us are ballooning back up into the 160s or 180s. I'm not advocating complacency but I think it's important not to beat yourself up for backsliding by a few pounds, especially when you keep in mind the larger context. I spent a lot of time this morning psyching myself up for "you will always be fat", "these jeans won't fit soon", etc but honestly gently caress that thinking it's toxic and is part of the reason I got fat in the first place. Weight loss is possible - we did it already. The rest of it, maintaining a healthy lifestyle and keeping the weight off, is the real challenge.

Yeah I think not only thinking about that, now trying to maintain and not backslide (which I obviously haven't done a good job of) is daunting and terrifying. But i don't even want to maintain here, I want to be like 10 lbs less, but judging by recent progress or lack thereof i don't even know if I can. I don't know how anybody does the final 10 lbs, it doesn't want to budge off me, I don't think I can eat less than 1500 or so calories a day for more than a few days without craving and binging and undoing it all at the end. i know I'm not going to get back to 160 or 180 over night, but I feel like I don't even look all that different. I can wear a smaller jeans size, but my body's the same general shape and lumps in the same places. I guess that's just how things work. But I don't like it/am not happy. Gonna eat pancakes about it!

I swam about 24 laps or 600 yd before I got such bad charlie horses in my left calf I couldn't continue. So about 30 mins swimming. Then had 1 scoop whey 1 scoop casein and half a banana shake. Just popping in to tell you you are e-tarded and/or on crack. Your March pics are leaner than your Jan pics, check the slight muffin top in Jan photo which is gone in the March and also fatback which is lessened in the second pic (notice in Jan the string cuts in a bit). Waist is thinner too. Also your butt is higher/smaller/firmer in March and saddlebags are noticeably less. Your thighs look about the same circumference but more muscular. Most of these are more noticeable in the from behind pic. You look like you're flexing more in the Jan pics as well. Work on your traps. You are making progress, I promise. And yes you do have a weird ribcage tho maybe its just the funky angle/shadows.
