 I have over 300 games and can't stop playing TF2. It's like Gabe gives with one hand, and takes with another.

 If you're having trouble cracking into a backlog, take them on by Metacritic rating. This will help ease you into what is, let's face it, an insurmountable challenge. This thread has inspired me to tackle my backlog, and I've finally gotten around to playing the Witcher. Loving it so far, every game needs a naked chick card collection; gotta catch 'em all!
