ive tried to use "cable bridge" instead but its like using a picture of a 3.5" floppy as the icon for "save", it'll never go away. even when computers have some future storage technology and connect over quantum tunneling people will still probably keep using the same terms they're comfortable with. my big problem is that it's in an advertisement, i feel like they should be at least a little bit accurate. "32gb storage" maybe?

android is pretty ugly but getting notified about incoming email/sms/booktwiddles/whatever is lame as poo poo on ios jeez do i want a telephone that tells me about incoming information in a meaningful way or one that looks pretty, i literally do not know how to answer this question

what is this posted:Apple focuses on (almost) one thing at a time. And they tend to do that thing right when they release it. I don't think they've even been trying with notifications. They had the badges and alerts, and they added third party support for that, and that's literally been it. No other effort or time spent. They haven't been doing it wrong, they just haven't been doing it. apple: half asses everything but one thing everyone else: nice even C+ effort on everything APPLE RULES THERE SO MUCH BETTER SUCK IT NERDS
