 Eastern Front front mod website posted yesterday that they have released a patch for EF to allow it to work with the new steam version now.

 My first game in a long while trying out the Steam version featured a player who lagged the whole game until eventually getting kicked and I was like yup that's the CoH I remember

 Is anyone else totally unable to play? My whole group of friends just keeps getting Connection to Host timed out in the new steam version, doesn't matter who hosts or whatever.

edit: it was something to do with army customization, go figure.

 I was previously convinced that the new steam version was officially worse than old CoH with being forced to play Wolfheze and the drop hacks being back.

This has forced me to seriously reconsider my position.
