It only needs one guy making it, but there's still poo poo-tons of coding to do before it's really feature-complete for a release. If you want to contribute code, I have no doubt that Ferg would be happy to give you a job if you pestered him on gtalk.

What actually happens with those isn't that the Java files in the src folder can "see" those XML files directly - the build system (in eclipse, the ADT plugin) just generates Java files (in the gen directory) based on the XML files, which is what the code actually "sees". If you're using Eclipse with the ADT plugin, it basically regenerates these Java files whenever you change the XML backing them. TLDR: Go read Google's installation guide if you want to set up eclipse to work with android stuff.

I like Awful App. It should still be discoverable to people searching for a forums app. Also, I fully acknowledge that this thread is just stadium babbling.

I am stuck in a world of .Net. Everything Ferg has done makes perfect sense to me, and I really enjoy his screenshots. Also, why can't we hand logins like Tapatalk? This at least has the right color scheme and the website name. I don't know if the grenade can be used (it's an SA app, at some point some copyrighted material has to be used), and the user/pass and login button are obviously too desktop, but it's a step in the right direction.
