 PSP Slim running 6.35 pro-b3 and I can't seem to get RemoteJoyLite to work

I booted up win7 64 to allow unsigned drivers, installed the 64bit driver but RJ just sits there waiting. My seplugins folder looks like this:

* game.txt
* vsh.txt both with this written inside (ms0:/SEPLUGINS/RemoteJoyLite.prx 1)
* RemoteJoyLite.prx

This is the only plugin I have installed. Both are enabled in the recovery menu. When I reset VSH I hear the usb ding on a loop until I connect-disconnect the usb connection.

I've tried both .19 and .20a but still no luck. Any ideas?

 Managed to get RJ to work on my 64bit win7 machine. Apparently it didn't like that I typed remotejoylite.prx with a capital r
