but it was huge news because iirc worldcom or someone bought compuserve and then literally the next day flipped it to aol

call netscape support and demand that "E K O Q U X Y and Z" be added to the comprehensive list of communities but also forcefully demand the removal of "P" because toilet humor is inappropriate for somethnig as highbrow as netscape

also get indignant and ask to speak to a supervisor if they try to explain that "P" is an index of articles or w/e starting with that letter
