The finale for SGA was really terrible, has anyone mentioned that? I would seriously have been less blue-balled if they had just stopped at Vegas and then committed mass suicide.

It really was awful. They just hosed around with everything that SG-1 and Atlantis had both previously set up over several years so that they could have Atlantis back on Earth. Chair weapon? Blown up. Multiple battleships that are definitely more powerful than Atlantis? Disabled. Need a dramatic way to finish act three? Magic wormhole drive!

That might be it, but I seem to recall that they had the address to the Unas planet (P3X-666) from their former masters. I remember him saying he tried several combinations and couldn't get them to work, possibly referring to him thinking the gate only went to that one planet.
