They're scheduled to talk about SSF4AE today (or already did, idk). I bet 1 million fake dollars they'll reveal Rolento and/or R. Mika. It would make the PC delay make sense, since they seem to only wanna do it once.

They might also be waiting until Comic Con to reveal time-release characters and/or DLC. That character screen...it just can't be right!

The only thing hard about kara-tigerknee/uppercut is making sure you know the range so you don't whiff it.

Blanka only if you can piano consistently. I have tried and tried and just can't. I mean, you can use Blanka without electricity, but then you're not really playing Blanka.

It isn't. Most non-TE sticks by Madcatz fall apart after a relatively short period of time. They just don't just as high a quality of parts as they do for the TEs. You can swap parts though, and buy the TE parts from someone like focusattack.com and then essentially have a TE. It might even end up being cheaper to do that than buying a TE straight from them.

He's certainly not on par with C. Viper in terms of execution, though I believe he has two 1-frame link combos, and his chickenwing kick might be hard to do properly at first for a while. And really, you can do plenty of damage with him even without the 1-frame link combos, but it's just not ideal damage.

feeling I can get from Street Fighter.

Do a custom match, you get to choose your opponent and can see their connection quality. If it says "Failed to join match," I believe that generally means that someone connected before you did.
